Covid-19 Temporary Closure

Due to the escalating coronavirus rates across the UK and the latest national lockdown, we have reluctantly made the decision to extend our closure until April 2021. Courses during this time will be cancelled.

What About My Booking?

If you were booked onto a course which has been cancelled due to coronavirus, we will provisionally transfer your booking to the next corresponding event. In most cases this will be in the following year, though some exceptions apply. See ‘What’s On’ pages for details. Affected patrons are entitled to a full refund, or to transfer their fees to another course, please contact us if you would like to do this. Please email Viv – office@halswaymanor.org.uk to transfer your booking to an alternative event, or email James – accounts@halswaymanor.org.uk if you require an urgent refund. During our closure period, the office will be manned on Mondays from 10am to 4pm so we thank you for your patience.

Halsway has lost over £700,000 since March 2020 and, even with government support, this is proving an extremely challenging time for the charity. If you are in a position to make a donation, large or small, it would be very much appreciated. With your help we can make sure this wonderful place is still here for people to enjoy – when it’s finally safe to do so!
