The Sarah Morgan Foundation was founded in 2013 to honour the memory & continue the work of inspirational choir leader and musician Dr Sarah Morgan, fostering and developing the community choir and promoting English tradition/folk song.
The Sarah Morgan Foundation is a registered charity, who award grants of up to £500 to support projects and opportunities of which Sarah would have approved. This includes the awarding of grants to individuals wishing to develop their own community singing skills, for example by attending courses at Halsway Manor, if it is possible to demonstrate that the grant would enable them to attend a course which they otherwise be unable to access.
Applications are accepted all year round.
