Email Octopus
If you ask to be added to our email newsletter list, your name and email address will be transferred to our emailing provider, EmailOctopus. Information on their privacy and GDPR policies can be found on their website.
Patronbase
When you buy gig tickets or similar directly through our website, you may be taken to our Box Office provider’s website called Patronbase. You will be able to identify such pages by the URL in your browser bar - uk.patronbase.com - use of these services, and any information you submit there, are subject to Patronbase’s privacy policy.
Analytics
Like many organisations, we collect information on the use of our website to help us understand our audience and to improve the experience. We use an open source solution called Umami.
