Come and enjoy a half-board break at Halsway Manor. This is a rare opportunity to create your own staycation holiday in the medieval Manor House, and enjoy the beautiful Quantock Hills setting.
Halsway Manor is a perfect base from which to explore the Quantock Hills, Exmoor and West Somerset Coast. Bring your walking boots or bike to explore the beautiful and rugged landscapes, peppered with picturesque villages and places of interest. The area is also a delight for nature lovers with rich and varied habitats supporting a plethora of flora and fauna.
This staycation runs alongside a folk session weekend led by the folk band Banter. (If you would like to participate in music sessions and join this group please follow this link to book onto their event). Course participants will have preferential access over the longroom, library, bar and workshop rooms during the daytime, but there will be space for everyone to enjoy the house and gardens in the evenings; Banter will give an informal performance on the Saturday night – tickets are available if you wish to join them!
The staycation includes half board, with breakfast and evening dinners served in the dining room. You’ll need to make your own arrangements for lunch. The bar will open in the evenings. Arrive from 4pm Friday with dinner served at 6.30pm. Breakfast is served at 8.30am, you’ll need to check-out of your room by 4pm on Sunday.
