Enjoy a mid-week staycation at Halsway Manor at the foot of the Quantock Hills and create your own unique holiday experience. Stay for the whole week, or two or three nights if you prefer a shorter stay.

Halsway Manor is a perfect base from which to explore the Quantock Hills, Exmoor and West Somerset Coast, and Autumn is a stunning time to visit this beautiful area. Or maybe bring your paints, craft materials, or instruments, and explore our folk library with all its folk music resources – a perfect opportunity to research some folk tunes or local folklore.

You’ll be sharing the Manor with participants on a violin making / restoration workshop who will be using the Mews workshops during this week, but you’ll be free to relax and enjoy the Manor House and gardens. The Bar will be open in the evenings. The stay includes half board, with breakfast and evening dinners served in dining room. Arrive from 4pm with dinner served at 6.30pm; departure is after breakfast. Contact us to discuss your requirements (min 2 night stay).

Each room has tea and coffee available. Single, Double and Dorm rooms are available in the Manor House and adjoining Mews.

We are pleased to have acquired Visit England’s “We’re Good To Go” Industry Standard mark which means that we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
