There is no charge for members booked to attend the Folk Dance & Music Weekend.

Members of the Halsway Manor Society are invited to join us at the Manor for the Annual General Meeting. The AGM will take part during the Folk Dance and Music Weekend; members may attend the AGM as day visitors, with or without meals.

Timings may alter slightly, but as a guide:

1pm: Lunch*
2pm: Welcome & presentation by Crispian Cook, Chief Executive
2.30pm: Annual General Meeting of the Halsway Manor Society
3.30pm: Cream Tea*

For those wanting to stay on for the evening: 6.30pm: Dinner* 8pm: Informal Playford Ball with participants of the Folk Dance & Music Weekend

Dancing / playing members may wish to consider attending the Folk Dance & Music Weekend, and enjoying a short break at Halsway – click here to find out more.

*There is a small charge for meals.
Overnight accommodation is available only to weekend participants; we are happy to advise regarding local B&B accommodation.
