The safety of our guests and employees is of paramount importance to us.
We are following UK Government protocols regarding the current Coronavirus outbreak in the UK. The situation is monitored daily by the CEO who will keep staff and guests updated and advise them on appropriate measures to take. Advice for guests is available at the manor, including practices of good hygiene which can help reduce the risk of contracting and spreading the virus, and what to do if you feel unwell during your stay.
Current NHS advice is as follows:
You should stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms.
Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
- A new, dry cough
- A high temperature
Staying at home will help protect others while you are infectious.

For most people, the coronavirus is a mild infection, but it can cause more severe symptoms in people with weakened immune systems, older people, and those with long-term conditions like diabetes, cancer and chronic lung disease. We understand that this may mean some of our guests decide not to come to Halsway.
If we should be advised to close as part of Government precautions, we will offer a full refund to all affected patrons. However, at present, our usual terms and conditions apply; balances are due 6 weeks before an event, and no refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of an event.
